USA Pan is manufactured by American Pan in the USA and is designed with the same features of industrial pans. The pans are made of aluminized steel and use steel wires in the rim for additional strength. Each pan is coated with Americoat™ a proprietary silicone coating that is preferred over dark non-stick coating. The silicone contains no PTFE's or PFOA's. The corrugated design maximizes pan strength and minimizes surface contact for even baking and easy release. The USA Pan Cookie Sheet is perfect for baking cookies pastries and rolls.
