 You may return any item for an exchange or refund within thirty days of purchase.  The item must be unused and in the original packaging and accompanied by the original sales receipt and any instructions.  If an item is defective or damaged please contact us so that the item can be picked up by UPS.  You will be sent a new item or refunded when the defective merchandise is received.

An item that is returned with a gift receipt or after thirty days from original purchase will receive a merchandise credit for the original purchase price.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that food items are non-returnable.

All refunds will be made by original payment method.  Privacy laws prohibit the storage of credit card/debit card numbers.  Please include a current email address or phone number so we may contact you regarding your refund.
